Containing dangerous, toxic spills in a Portable Spill Mat or Portable Bund System is much more desirable than trying to clean the liquids off the ground. You have the benefit of catching the spilled liquid and you can easily recover the spilled liquid for reuse. Both systems are light weight and easy to store and construct.
